This project shows how creative design meets homeowner lifestyle. Our client in Ocala wanted a space that offered both comfort and outdoor exposure — and this screen enclosure delivered.
We built an open view screen cage with two roof sections: one insulated for shaded lounging, and one open to enjoy the sky. The entire structure sits over a concrete slab finished with stylish 1″ pavers.
A key feature is the spa placement — outside the insulated roof but still within the enclosure, offering the privacy and protection of a screened environment while keeping the hot tub open to fresh air.
Whether for relaxation or entertaining, this design is the perfect fusion of function and luxury.
